Namrata Singh — MA Applied Psychology, post-graduation in clinical psychology and school counselling, certified hypnotherapist — built exactly that, and the city noticed.
She writes about child and family psychology for the papers Lucknow actually reads — Dainik Bhaskar, Navbharat Times, Amar Ujala, Times of India — and answers questions on the HelloPsychologist YouTube channel. Her clinic trains young psychologists; her practice has counselled over a thousand children across Agra and Lucknow.

Hypnotherapy — is it what the stage shows do?
No. Clinical hypnotherapy (MSU Baroda certified) is a relaxed, focused state used for anxiety, sleep, and habit work — with your consent and awareness throughout.
Career counselling — what actually happens?
Structured interviews plus aptitude testing where useful, ending with concrete direction — streams, courses, options — not vague encouragement.
Hindi or English?
Both, easily — and the practice's writing and YouTube are largely in Hindi. Bring grandparents; bring the whole kitchen table if needed.
